Technology is not just for new construction and there is high demand for new communication and entertainment systems to be integrated into existing spaces. Mastering the Three P’s of retrofitting (planning, practice, and patience), as well as the tools and techniques of the trade is critical to ensure a great experience for the client. This course focuses on specific tools and techniques to address the challenges of installing equipment and cable in an existing structure, how and where to use specific tools for making holes, pulling cables, and creating openings, and how to implement retrofit techniques in a variety of settings.
