Henry Clifford founded Livewire of Richmond, Va., in 2001 after identifying a need for simple home technology in Central Virginia. He began his career in IT during the .com boom of the 90s, working as a Web developer and Information Architect. His lifelong passion for technology made Livewire an easy choice. Under Clifford’s leadership, Livewire has acquired 5 competitors since 2011, added 5,000 square feet of office/warehouse space, launched a commercial division (Livewire for Business) and is now the largest home technology integrator in Central Virginia. In 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Livewire made the Inc. 500|5000 (2013-2014), CEPro 100 and RVA 25 (2014) lists. Henry served on the Custom Electronic Design Industry Association (CEDIA) Board of Directors from 2017- 2019. Each member of the Livewire team has been handpicked and their combined talents fuel the company’s explosive growth. Henry is also a co-founder of Parasol, nationwide 24/7 remote support “for integrators, by integrators” and IntegrateU, the CI industry’s largest online & in-person training platform.

Henry resides in Midlothian, Virginia with his wife, Liz, 3 fantastic kids (Will, Quinn and Emily) and Pippin the dog.

Manojkumar Soni serves as the owner and principal consultant at AV4U, a leading technology integration firm in India. He holds certifications like CEDIA ESC-D, CTS, THX, HAA, and ISF, ensuring AV4U provides top-tier audio-video, acoustic, automation, and building management system (BMS) solutions that meet international standards. Catering to both residential and commercial sectors, Mr. Soni’s expertise extends beyond his company. He is part of the RP 23 working group, influencing future global video standards. As a CEDIA accredited presenter, trainer, and active CEDIA outreach instructor, he plays a vital role in the CEDIA India core team and the AVIXA India advisory board.

Manoj has led several cutting-edge audiovisual projects for the Government of India. His professional engagements also include tender design, consulting, and auditing based on International ANSI standards. Additionally, he contributes to government initiatives and serves as a visiting faculty member at CEPT University, further enriching the industry with his expertise.
