How to turn finished smart home projects into a well-oiled referral machine 

Course Overview

In this full day course Keith Jones of designflow will provide a step-by-step, practical guide on how to implement the concepts in his book Project Profit Playbook.

Centring on how to win more jobs directly from your completed projects and extract the maximum value from your finished work, to turn it into your referral machine.

The course will include details on how to show-off everything that goes into making a successful project and how to turn your completed projects into your silent sales team.

It will show how to use completed projects to help educate clients on what modern technology can bring to their spaces and to inspire them with ideas for their own homes.

There will be plenty of real-world examples, to provide an overview of how you can leverage your existing customers and completed projects to gain more referrals and win more jobs.

Attendees will leave with a practical implementation guide to accompany the Project Profit Playbook. In order to maximise value from the course It is recommended, although not compulsory, that attendees have read the book in advance and digested its contents. This will allow attendees to come to the course with questions at the ready on how to implement the concepts exposed within the book.

Instructor Bio - Keith Jones

Keith has been working in the Smart Home industry since 1995. He holds a Masters in product design and is renowned in the industry as a leading thinker in the field of design documentation. He is an outreach instructor and holds CEDIA certified designer status. Keith is the co-founder of both designflow and designflow lighting, two companies dedicated to helping installers of smart home technology with design related services. 

Between 2001 and 2008 Keith ran a smart home installation company in London, which he scaled in 7 years from zero to £1m turnover. After selling his shares to his business partner, Keith embarked on his crusade to help installers avoid the trials & pitfalls he encountered in his time growing his installation business.
