Course Overview

During the 3-day course students will learn the fundamentals of project management focused on the CI Industry. How to successfully deliver a project to a happy customer.  They will gain valuable insight into the whole package of documents that are required to deliver a successful project both from others and internally created project documents.

The final day focuses on sub-systems integration, the ability to add more technical systems to the whole project to give the customer a seamless solution in the ELV services environment. During the individual courses CEDIA’s certified subject matter experts will share a vast amount of technical knowledge and will be on hand to support students through their learning. Across the three days, attendees will take part in numerous hands-on activities, designed to deliver a good feel for the on-the-job tasks typically undertaken by senior technicians.
