In this highly interactive, hands-on workshop, you'll step into the role of a business advisor as you analyze the numbers of a fictitious integration company using the CEDIA Financial Toolkit. Through collaborative exercises, real-world scenarios, and practical problem-solving, you'll learn how to turn raw data into decisions that actually move the needle on profit.

Forget dry, boring presentations. This is a working session where you will leave with the confidence and skills to use your numbers as a management tool, not just something you glance at once a quarter.

What to Bring

• A laptop that can run Excel
• Optional: your own financial statements — profit & loss (current and/or last year) and balance sheet. You won't be required to share these with other participants unless you choose to.
• Your willingness to ask questions and explore the way you are running your business
