The reason we have a good relationship with Nick is because he does all the basics, and he does them well. This isn’t something that should be overlooked as a lot of salespeople don’t do this. You can sometimes feel unloved by manufacturers, but I have certainly never felt that with Nick. He's just a good guy. We also have complete confidence in putting him in front of our clients. He has been brilliant in supporting us with client demonstrations and helping us get sales over the line. He’s also been great on site in terms of commissioning and problem solving.
Through his communication, Nick is with us for the full client journey from start to finish. He is able to adapt the way he communicates depending on who he is speaking to – turning up or down the level of technical detail he needs to go into whether he is talking to integrators, the interior designer on the project, or the client themselves. This is a great skill to have, and one that makes the job easier for us as integrators.
