Dee continually strives to elevate the standard of projects in the Residential channel through proactive outreach to Builders, Architects, Developers, Integrators and End-Users about the importance of partnering with CEDIA Members for Projects. The best in class service & support from Dee stems from his vast real world experience in previous roles designing & project managing Luxury Integrated Homes & Cinema projects direct to home-owners. He is one of the very few Manufacturer Reps with real-world experience at the coal-face of the industry.

From his prior roles designing large luxury projects, Dee has worked with many brands and systems. He therefore provides impartial recommendations to Dealers based on what works well within the eco-system. The benefit of this experience and feedback from Dealers allows Dee to provide information without having "check with the tech support guys" like so may other brand Reps have to do due to their lack of first hand experience Designing & Commissioning luxury systems.

Kyle Basley - Snap One - UK

Kyle is responisble for 250 different customers in the South of England. This gives him a great overview of the type of projects that are taking place and the installation trends within the industry. Having this perspective allows Kyle to share insights with customers on growth areas, such as outdoor audio or media rooms, to make sure they're getting the best opportunity during conversations with architects, builders, and end users.

When Snap One receive new business enquiries directly from clients, property developers, or architects, he recommends a suitable choice of integrators for them to select from, to meet the client or project needs. Kyle's background as an electrician, a home technology installer, and a system programmer allow him to understand the many issues that customers face on a daily basis. This has given Kyle a depth of knowledge to underpin understanding of the specific products and brands in the extensive Snap One portfolio. When in a sales conversation with a customer, he can drill down precisely into how a particular brand or technology is going to be useful for them.

Nick Fichte - L-Acoustics - UK

Nick acts as an extension to our team and this is what sets him apart from the rest. When it comes to salespeople, it’s not all about selling, it’s about building relationships, showing that you are reliable, trustworthy, transparent and supportive and Nick certainly ticks all these boxes. By acting as an extension to our team, we know that we will get the best service from Nick - that he is fully invested in us delivering the best that we can for our clients, so we are guaranteed to be offered the right products for the right install.

The reason we have a good relationship with Nick is because he does all the basics, and he does them well. This isn’t something that should be overlooked as a lot of salespeople don’t do this. You can sometimes feel unloved by manufacturers, but I have certainly never felt that with Nick. He's just a good guy. We also have complete confidence in putting him in front of our clients. He has been brilliant in supporting us with client demonstrations and helping us get sales over the  line. He’s also been great on site in terms of commissioning and problem solving.

Through his communication, Nick is with us for the full client journey from start to finish. He is able to adapt the way he communicates depending on who he is speaking to – turning up or down the level of technical detail he needs to go into whether he is talking to integrators, the interior designer on the project, or the client themselves. This is a great skill to have, and one that makes the job easier for us as integrators.

Ronan McTernan - Alltrade - UK

Ronan is a great ambassador for many of the top rated brands in the CI channel, including Sonos, Blustream, Lutron, Ubiquiti and TPLink. He is in regular contact with his customers and always gives impartial advice.

Ronan ensures his customers are always kept up to date with the latest products and releases, and by making sure of this, he gives them the opportunity to sell more to their clients. He helps host various product training, which helps keep him up to date with the latest products.

Ronan will always offer to visit dealers on site, giving the end user that the installer has a strong support network behind them. He is available day and night, often still helping dealers outside of work hours, prides himself on always getting back to any customer that calls. Ronan is first and foremost a really nice guy: he really helps his customers to make sure they can deliver a first class service to their clients.
