This publication showcases some of the beautiful homes that have been successful in reaching finalist and winning status in the 2025 CEDIA Smart Home Awards. It applauds the collaborative achievement between smart home professionals and their partner trades, reinforcing that excellence is measured by both the finished experience and the journey it takes to get there. 

This publication is free of charge for CEDIA Members & Design & Build partners, but a nominal posting fee is chargeable per copy. We have three regional publications, (EMEA and India, Asia Pacific and Americas). The version sent to you will be determined by your location. All regions are available digitally.
